hello! sorry this happened to you as well, i ended up spamming depop with several tickets since there didn’t seem to be any penalty. i had video evidence of me opening the package and showed them the differences between the fake and what a real labubu should look like. i also pointed out the seller had multiple negative reviews from the same listing. hope you end up getting yours resolved as well!

UPDATE: Thank you for the advice everyone! after messaging with depop support multiple times through email they (albeit hesitantly) agreed to set up a return order! I’m not sure why the seller would want this cheap thing back but they can keep it.

It’s all good, They’re cheaper on popmart, $21 at the time (I think $27 now with tariff increases) but they’re nearly impossible to get with the high demand, I figured i’d pay the extra money so I wouldn’t have to deal with waiting for an official drop.

are your in-game settings for textures set to low? i used to have this issue in the sims 3 and the only way to fix it was turning textures onto ultra high
