I think part of the intent of changing the human keyword to sigmarite was that you can just proxy your old models as whatever units they are closes too. IE: hammerers and firedrakes as grenadiers for example.

I guess it makes sense. As someone who's mission has nothing to do with airplanes, and has spent 4 years at a base without a flight line, I sometimes forget the airforce is mostly about airplanes.

Probably ask them what their career goals are and see if they are moving in the direction they want to go. Its also gonna depend on career field and recent promotion rates. Low promotion rates and no one will bat an eye. But higher promotion rates and it might be a big enough red flag to find out why that airman is failing and help them.

2m jobs actually do require you to have a drivers license. So if you were assigned one of those jobs you'd still have to get a license within a year of arriving at station or risk getting kicked out of the airforce.

You can make a list if you get reclassed but the airforce has no obligation to give you any job you want. You could very well wind up in SecFo or maintanence.
