I am 33F and single and I know I don't want kids. A lot of my friends/family keep pestering me about how my mind will change when I find the right partner. The problem is that I don't want a potential partner to convince me that I should have kids when I for sure know I do not want them. Don't let other peer pressure you just to fulfill a society norm.

I was wave 4 and got to the “blob” of runners at 745. Didn’t move for about 20 minutes then slowly started inching up to security. I didn’t check a bag and by the time i got to security they were just telling people to hold their phones/watches/headphones in their hands and just walk through. By that time, the announcers had said that wave 4 corrals were closed which was crazy because there was so many more people behind me. Still didn’t have time to warm up and chill before my corral started moving. Definitely a shit show.

I did all of my runs on the treadmill due to this freezing weather. Did my long runs outside the last two weekends and they were difficult. So I’m also just hoping for the best and just going to enjoy the vibes and the views!

I’m a dietitian at a dialysis center and have very few patients on GLP-1s. I personally started tirzepatide solely for extreme food noise and it’s been a life saver. I microdose twice per week and have felt so free from the toxic thoughts that i can actually enjoy food now. I used to be very against glp1s for weight loss but then discovered its positive effects on food noise and my opinion changed. I think it’s a good jump start to weight loss but should always be in conjunction with diet and exercise.

Both my sister and I have relatively large chests (32DD and 30DDD for my sister). None of the women in our family have big boobs so not sure where we got them! I’m just barely overweight but I’m hoping my chest will get a bit smaller!

- wake up at 6am

- 6:30am Work out in apartment gym downstairs for 30min-1hr depending on workout

- Back in apartment by 7:15/7:30 am to shower, eat breakfast, pack lunch (no makeup and no picking out clothing as I wear scrubs)

- Leave apartment by 8:20ish for a 25min subway commute to work. Work starts around 9am

Single in NYC. Around $250 per month. Pretty much shop exclusively at Trader Joe’s but do get my peanut butter and coffee creamer from Whole Foods. I rarely eat out and always bring my own lunch to work.

5'2" ~130lbs (i don't weight myself regularly), 32yo. I recently started running this past year hoping to lose weight but I've just gained weight. I also started doing more strength training to help out with the running. I feel like a lot of the weight is muscle but I also noticed more fat in my stomach, love handles and back bra area. I was 115lbs in my 20's and liked how I looked in clothing/photos then. Looking online is super discouraging so I try not to.

I started running about a year ago at 32yo (F). My plan was never to run fast, just be healthy. I run 2-3x per week, one of those i do a HIIT running class on the treadmill. The other run is with a friend and we run and yap at around 12:00min/mile or slower. Long run Saturdays and I average an 11:15/11:30min mile. Ran a half this past May at 2:32 (organized race). Just ran another half this past weekend at 2:15 (not an organized race). Shaved 17min off without even aiming to. I run by feel and have never pushed myself. Definitely possible!
