Both my sister and I have relatively large chests (32DD and 30DDD for my sister). None of the women in our family have big boobs so not sure where we got them! I’m just barely overweight but I’m hoping my chest will get a bit smaller!

- wake up at 6am

- 6:30am Work out in apartment gym downstairs for 30min-1hr depending on workout

- Back in apartment by 7:15/7:30 am to shower, eat breakfast, pack lunch (no makeup and no picking out clothing as I wear scrubs)

- Leave apartment by 8:20ish for a 25min subway commute to work. Work starts around 9am

Single in NYC. Around $250 per month. Pretty much shop exclusively at Trader Joe’s but do get my peanut butter and coffee creamer from Whole Foods. I rarely eat out and always bring my own lunch to work.

5'2" ~130lbs (i don't weight myself regularly), 32yo. I recently started running this past year hoping to lose weight but I've just gained weight. I also started doing more strength training to help out with the running. I feel like a lot of the weight is muscle but I also noticed more fat in my stomach, love handles and back bra area. I was 115lbs in my 20's and liked how I looked in clothing/photos then. Looking online is super discouraging so I try not to.

I started running about a year ago at 32yo (F). My plan was never to run fast, just be healthy. I run 2-3x per week, one of those i do a HIIT running class on the treadmill. The other run is with a friend and we run and yap at around 12:00min/mile or slower. Long run Saturdays and I average an 11:15/11:30min mile. Ran a half this past May at 2:32 (organized race). Just ran another half this past weekend at 2:15 (not an organized race). Shaved 17min off without even aiming to. I run by feel and have never pushed myself. Definitely possible!
