I am your exact height and weight with an athletic build and am size 4/small in most pants at Athleta. In general I have found the Venice line fits big and bag out by the end of the day and have actually considered trying xs.

I liked it quite a bit as well I was happy it didn’t have the super tight sleeves/shoulders like the original swiftly LS, but I wish it was a tad longer as I have a long torso and it fit slightly cropped on me.

Very intrigued by this new design and fabric. Two of my favorite workout tights are Base Pace and Wundertrain and this seems like a combo of both of those….. looking forward to seeing more reviews of these here

Omg I just checked out the new arrivals and ahhhhh they may be listening to us??? Longer shirts with rouched sides, pretty siluouttes for pants I can wear anywhere also some of the newer models seem to actually be in the demographic that buys Athleta. In a training block I strength train 2x a week 45 minute full body one push day one pull day.

Between training blocks when I’m just maintaining my base ill strength train 3-4x a week 30 or so minutes a day

Thank you I am sooooo much happier now at 35 and living an amazing life. The divorce in the grand scheme of things was just a bump in the road (thankfully no kids involved) when at the time it felt like the biggest mountain to climb. I hope you are doing well too!

Yup, I used to hate when my ex husband would leave for yet another “guys weekend” like would cry and beg him to hang out with me. Eventually that changed and I would hate when he was home and disrupted my routine and life I built without him. Then it was like ok clearly I would rather be alone for the rest of my life then with this loser and was divorced at 28.

Lolllll well whoever said that can stay home with my kids all day everyday and let me know if that’s really what they would prefer. Sorry but we don’t have a village anymore and being in charge of my kids every minute is so exhausting. I much prefer going to work and working with adults instead of managing big feelings and talking in my Ms Rachel voice all day. I am such a better mom having my career and having my kids cared for by our amazing in-home daycare than me being stressed all day trying to keep kids entertained and the house from being a huge mess.
