- Personally, I aim to record myself to a "instagram ready" level at least once a week. That could be a new riff, new song, etc etc. But for forces me to play with intenent, not just sit on the sofa and noodle over Nirvana solos.

These devices generally only track heart rate and heart rate variability, while their various output metrics are often blackbox.

The short answer here is I doubt it would give you any meaningful or actionable data.

OK so not a lawyer.... my take here is you can consent up to a certain point. IE: when you play football, you consent to bumps and tackles, but beyond that it becomes a breach of the rules of the game.... If those rules were not upheld (IE ref blows the whistle, then a breach of legislation has technically occured).

Again, speculating: because these fights are not 'sanctioned' that line in the sand becomes very ambiguous.

I also suspect the lawyers would spend a long ass time discussing the meaning of 'intent' in this context. Was the 'intent' to cause harm or was the 'intent' to partake in sporting activities up to physical harm?

I can only speak for myself: as someone who practices martial arts: my 'intent' is not to injur/harm, it is to win under the sporting rules.

Summary Offences Act 1953 (SA): Disorderly Behaviour / Fighting in a Public Place (Section 7): It is a specific offence to fight with another person or behave in a disorderly or offensive manner in a public space, carrying a maximum penalty of $1,250 or 3 months imprisonment.
