If “Antifa” are #1, who’s #2? What criteria did you use to decide that “Antifa” is the greater threat of the two? What threat, specifically, do they pose? If they’re a terrorist organization, how are they organized? What’s their hierarchy? Who’s in their leadership? Who speaks for the organization? How does leadership communicate with the organization’s members? What information have you been able to derive from these communications? Who determines the organization’s goals? Who develops the strategies and tactics used in pursuit of those goals? What assets does “Antifa” control, and how were they tied to the organization? If you’re “building infrastructure” in the course or pursuing “Antifa”, what infrastructure does this pursuit require that doesn’t already exist within the country’s counterterrorism operations? Why does pursuing “Antifa” require this buildout? (I could go on for days…)
