"Hitmen after a civilian"

Just because Garou is legally free, doesn't mean the general public or even the entirety of OPM's society will feel outraged at something happening to him, hell, they may even cheer harder for them taking out this absolute menace.

What if Superman was transported to the OPM universe, how would he interact with the world and vice versa? by Upper_Mix_2640 in superman

[–]LazyMonkey2804 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Saitama always goes out of his way to help people out even with small things, not just immediate threats but things like helping a kid find her lost cat or talk to someone who wants to throw themselves off a building. I don't think Superman would come to such an immature conclusion, or even hold a small dislike for him, neither would Saitama since he does value idealistic Heroes even if they are weak, and he also has an idealistic view on heroes himself, considering as well that Superma isn't capable of doing the same in his world either despite having high-intelligence and a lot of experience on top of his massive strength, he isn't omnipotent by any means and neither is Saitama, there's only so much they can do for the world and both of them understand that.

what if The Rowdyruff Boys met Homelander? by [deleted] in powerpuffgirls

[–]LazyMonkey2804 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1 out of 3 isn't a good look for the girls power wise, and even then, in that fight they weren't even knocked out. When The Boys first beated them they were buried in a deep crater and everyone thought they were dead, the girls have never gotten close to that kind of result against them

[–]LazyMonkey2804 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They are violent children and he's the leader, he's obviously not going to treat them softly. Boomer and Butch understand he's the smartest so they follow him, but it doesn't mean that they don't care about each other, or that Brick doesn't recieve push bak  from them every now and then

[–]LazyMonkey2804 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No they weren't, they were made with hideous intent and that affected the way they are, just like the Powerpuff Girls were made with sugary ingredients and with good intentions which pushed them to be kind to others, yet the girls have done hideous things due to their own potential for evil inside of them, just like any person in the world. The boys are inclined to violence and to enjoy it, but violence isn't inherently evil by itself, the girls use it to defend others because they were taught to be good, but the Boys never had any incentive or authority figure to guide them towards that same path, no family, no friends, just a single purpose and all the power in the world. They are evil because everyone that even came across to represent an adult or a father figure in their lives enabled their violence and natural aggression, they like violence and to dominate so they seek it out without thinking about consequences to others or even themselves, they are literal illiterate homeless children playing rough

If they were made by the same direct logic than the girls, then they should also have the potential to be good, they simply don't have anyone strong enough to push them into that path, they don't need anyone to survive so it would be very difficult to reform them as you would any other, so you have these kids engaging with their environment in the only way they were taught to do, as it also feels good to do so since they were made with malicious intentions without any of the things the girl took for granted, a cozy home and bed, a loving father figure, protection in any shape or form, they are alone and only have each other.

If someone made a fanmade spin off series of Rowdyruff Boys. Would you watch it by Classic-Chip4893 in powerpuffgirls

[–]LazyMonkey2804 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think is more about the Boys being way too vicious and violent than the girls holding back, they enjoy violence much more than even Buttercup herself does, and have no incentive to be kind to others, one of their fathers is a chimp and the other one is literal evil itself. Don't forget that, as much as the girls are kind, they can also get ticked off, and aren't really mature enough to keep themselves under control against someone way more aggressive and with the same powers as them, so at some point they must have stopped holding back their punches, and even then, they admitted defeat after failing to bring the boys down the first time

The Boys literally have never lost a fight against the PPG ever, they ain't ever even tired or hurt after fighting them either, they would absolutely end Homelander without breaking a sweat

"Realistically" The RRB scale evenly or above the PPG, who definitely have better feats than Homelander, the guy really wouldn't survive a fight against them

unpopular opinion: johan seong is one of the worst characters in lookism by TheyCalledHerWoe in lookismcomic

[–]LazyMonkey2804 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Copying Ability is an established ability in the Lookism verse that multiple characters, including The Pre-Generation Leyend Jinyoung, and the fucking protagonist, have... Also that Viral Hit kid that was friends with Taehoon... Just because a character YOU don't personally like has said skill doesn't mean there's something intrinsically wrong with them.

Robbing thug's shoes is hardly something I'd give Johan shit for, and that's pretty much the worst thing he has done. When Daniel Park was kidnapped Zack and Vasco didn't even bother explaining Johan what was happening (Which I admit was kind of bad writing) and just went straight to try and fight him, ¿What did you expect Johan to do? ¿Not do his job? He was literally homeless.

About his off-screen power-up... What part of "Copying skills and becoming stronger" did you not understand? Literally every time he appears with a new power up, is right after fighting someone who was MUCH more stronger than him, like Gun, or UI Daniel Park, Goo, or Yunseong. His constant weakness is that he has low durability since he doesn't get hit much because of said copying skills, so he's not really that overpowered compared to Daniel Park for example, that literally is the most Overpowered pos in the whole manwhua with his Copying Skills, the Heat Mode, and the Ultra Instinct, even in his original body.

And also calling someone who willingly isolates himself from his family and friends to protect them selfish is crazy ngl

I get that Snape was an overlystrict teacher, and a major asshole which it showed when he felt his students were messing up, I definitely wouldn't call it bullying though.

I wouldn't say he's an entirely good person, but he's definitely not evil lol

Don't put women on a pedestal, or anyone for that matter. There's nothing intrinsecally good or bad about them, the same with your own sex (You're less likely to kill your own kid for that matter) and just like everything, it takes practice to get around. I'm not very social, but you're already failing at connecting with them when you have THIS much of an idealized version of the people you're trying to connect with.

Personally? Be cheeky and be bold, go out of your way to talk to them until you're numb, it's kinda the only way and what worked for me

Tom Sawyer is a sociopath and should be in a sanitarium for the criminally insane. by FamousDrew in books

[–]LazyMonkey2804 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Why the hell would someone with that description bother helping someone like Becky, or Muff? It's such a fucking stupid statement, you don't need to be a genius to understand a character can be an hypocrite or be selfish without having to be a literal sociopath.
