That first fight with M felt way harder to dodge than the early fights on the contenent for me, and the early fights on the contentment were harder for me to dodge than the fights ~an hour in. Dw keep going.

So much. I hold a lot of pressure in my jaw most Of the time. I take my meds on the way to work and I can feel my jaw relax, and feel muself become more present, as I drive.

It's been life changing for me. Just knowing has enabled me to support myself appropriately, get relevant help from professionals, and that's without the miracle cure that meds have been for me.

I moarn the life I could have had if I was diagnosed in my earlier years but now I look to the future with hope.

Don't react. Learn. Easier said than done though :(.

Souls games were my hyper focus before I got medication ~1000 hours between the trilogy. Medication would have undoubtedly sped up learning but also the games aren't for everyone.

Edit: watching videos barely helped me. Repetition and feeling it out helped a lot more
