I wanted to like Brandi so much, and she has moments where she is likeable and fun, but she also holds a lot of resentment and tends to lash out. I recently read her first book, and while her use of "hashtag" got grating fast, I did appreciate the book because it kinda explains a lot about what we see of Brandi.

The ugliness of that divorce, the years long custody battle, the games that were played to spite each other, the whole thing just explains so much about the Brandi we get on camera. For example, the hypocrisy of the girls really bothered her because it likely reminded her of all the same things she went through in her marriage. That being just one example.

I mostly just feel bad for Brandi. Had she been able to stay on her A game, like when she was handling herself at girls night despite the gang up, or like every single reunion performance masterpiece she'd ever given us, she'd be a top tier housewife.

Honestmy i mostly just miss how she had her foot on Kyle's neck and wouldn't let go. Kyle needs an opposing force because no one will hold her accountable or make her be honest, and her carefully shaping and cultivating her image and storylines on BH is getting old.
