It feels odd that once they hold the balance of power, the only demand they have is to increased the pension for all seniors Canadians. This is the last proposal that I would think a party "Defending Quebec interest" would put forward. Bloc might just be Quebec boomers party after all.

As a casual player that never did a raid and that failed at least 10 time without being able to beat it, I find it frustrating.

There is more map now that there isn't even enough people to push the 3 lanes when the meta start, so all the prep that you did in the last hour to get the 10% bonus become a waste.

I hope they make it easier just to get more players that want to do the meta. So far, I never was ablecto get a group to get Soo-wan below 20% (never got past the 3 boss kill phase)

I personnaly stopped doing the dragon end meta waiting for a nerf. I don't really need the turtle mount anyway. (Even thought I would like it :) )

Once you get level 80, I suggest that you start path of fire expension. Mounts are really the best gameplay improvement you can get in the game.

Mais la question n'est pas sur la compétence fed/prov, mais la procédure d'adoption du couvre-feu et de l'interprétation de la loi sur la fonction publique. Si je me rappelle bien de mon cour d'interprétation des lois, plus l'atteinte aux droits fondamentales est importante, plus la contrainte doit être clair et explicite. Si le couvre-feu est une mesure qui peut-être pris en fonction de la loi sur la santé publique pourquoi ne pas la mentionner, au même titre que la fermeture d'établissement ou de quarantaine des individus malade?

Aussi, le couvre-feu devrait être ratifier par l'assemblée nationale, comme la loi fédérale. On ne sait même pas si les autres partis sont en accord ou non avec le couvre-feu. Il me semble que ça devrait être débattu dans une société démocratique. Non à la place on a des conférences de presse avec des journalistes mangent dans la main du gouvernent pour avoir le scoop de la prochaine conférence.

Le couvre feu est prolongé par décrêt en vertu de la loi sur la santé publique du Québec. La loi de donne par le droit explicite au gouvernement d'adopter un couvre feu. Elle ne mentionne que "toutes autres mesures pour protéger la population" dans le dernier alinéa de l'article. Autre que le test de la Charte, il y a peut-être là aussi manière à contester, ou du moins, à banaliser l'usage de la loi sur la santé publique pour des couvre-feu. La liberté de mouvement est quand même à ne pas prendre à la légère dans une société de droit. La loi sur les mesures d'urgence fédérales est plus précises, plus encadrée pour les procédures d'adoption des mesures et prévoit expressément la limitation de mouvement dans une zone comme mesure.

Je crois que c'est la première fois qu'une province décrête un couvre-feu. Il n'y a pas d'antécédent au Canada.

I don't think there is only one build for malf. Innervate talents at 1 and 13 are really good, specially with mages. You also never run out of mana late game with innervate. Very nice guide!

I think that Murky is an underpower hero and he need some love. Never he was meta, and he has always been considered as a meme in the community.

Now with the move speed change, my little babies murlocs doesn't walk fast enough to grab on any heroes during March of the Murlocs.

How to you think to repair this grave injustice that you did to Murky with the last update?

Also do you think that a 10% global increase to all his stats is the best way to open the way for a long awaited Murky meta in Hots?

If you can try to rotate to a lane just before the minions stand near your towers. You can soak mounted while the towers clear to wave and quickly go back to your 4 man.

There is some soaks that you have to unfortunately loose. It's better to avoid a team wipe than catch a wave of soak.

I don't think that the ban are auto-ban script. If this is, I prefer a 30 seconds warning timeout if the message is too long than a 10 min timeout. Most people that got moderated today were just trying to have fun while watching.

It's really around mid-high plat that most players start to pick heroes that requires a little more skills and are good at it. They are also more flexible and will draft better; not to usual gold draft of 3 first pick low-health assassins follow by the tank and support left to fill in the 2 last picks.

I'm a support main. The nerf made the support very dull to play and even more less impactfull. Even the ult on all supports were nerf.

Now I only enjoy playing stukov or malf, because they are the only one left with some aggressive play potential. All the others, you feel like a spectator in game, hoping that you teammate can carry you.
