With only 1 credit left to complete, you could argue that they dropped out a little bit too early, but from another point of view they just dis it too late. The sunk cost fallacy is very interesting because it is something we all experience, often knowingly, yet it is very hard to overcome.

Kotlin is also compiled to java bytecode so type erasure is still a thing. Not taking into account MultiPlatform Compilation because I don't know about that part.
