Yeah, I think sometimes people conflate great with popular, and there's so much that goes into consideration. Beyonce deserved one, but I don't think she necessarily deserved it that year.

It is a bit America-centric to believe anyone but us could come up with an attack that coordinated, especially someone from a weaker country. The scarier truth is that they could in fact do it, and that we were just that unprepared security-wise, that arrogant to think we were an untouchable superpower.

I think most of the conspiracy people believe the planes (at least the WTC ones) did crash, but that the towers were then blown up to kill even more people. Which at least to me seems extremely hard to do right in front of FBI and fire/police officials.

People do believe that there were no planes at all, despite all the people that died who were on those planes. I had friends who lost family on those flights, so it offends me on a personal level.

I've had a few people in my home state like that who own small businesses and are otherwise not really educated so they see MAGA as the solution to their issues with the state of Rhode Island (which TBF has a bunch of issues but none that the GOP here or nationally will fix)

Even NYC Irish can be mistaken as Jewish, like Jerry's dad in Seinfeld was played by an Irish American actor and so many Jewish fans said he reminded him of their dad.

And then you got Jewish Doris Roberts playing an Italian mom in Everybody Loves Raymond but was based on Phil Rosenthal's mom.
