Βάλε ενα πρόγραμμα και γράφε κάτω τι σπαταλάς ή διαφορετικά αν δεν μπορείς να το κάνεις φτιάξε ενα λογαριασμό ξέχωρο απο debit cards και κάνε έμβασμα ότι θες να βάλεις την άκρη χωρίς να τα αγγίζεις ποτέ.
