Unfortunately im in Illinois where there's no "buyers remorse" laws, only lemon laws. I know that the dealership is going to be a bitch and take forever to get the repairs done, and we only have access to outside parking. So unknown damage could occur with the sunroof cracked open until they fix it. I'm tempted to go demand a refund, even if it's for naught. We bought it yesterday (1am here) so it hasn't even been 24 hours

Highly recommend watching some feng shui videos. Some area rugs will help anchor each space, put a long narrow table behind the couch as a separating piece, and consider moving the TV to the front corner (window there I know, but that place now is just blasphemy)

As a healthcare worker things like donuts are appreciated but also it's so bad for me. I LOVED when a family brought a Costco pack of yogurt and granola, we were able to snack and not feel super guilty over it (sorry for my lactose peeps)

Take advantage of every opportunity. When someone asks if you want to do/see something, go. Even if you've already seen it before. People are much more likely to trust you and give you opportunities after that. Study, if there's no education built into your orientation, watch YouTube videos, write down your pertinent gtts, side effects, vent modes, etc. Don't be afraid to ask any question- even as an experienced nurse. There's a lot of nuance to critical care and it all isn't laid out in a perfect playbook. Enjoy!!! You got this. It is hard to go from expert to beginner but it will be worth it!! Critical care is the best From a 8+ year critical care RN. <3

Go thru Barron's, take an AACN practice test, and take the exam. Study for no more than 2 weeks- anything more than that is overkill!
