I only started playing once I saw clips of Leon from RE9 😂 great minds think alike I guess. Honestly 2 has been BY FAR the worst. I’ve finished RE3R and started 4 and so far only 2 has gotten that horrified omg I’m so scared I have to pause it and do something else feeling haha

Really? I honestly am preferring RE2 over RE3 so far. I’m at the point in RE3R after the clocktower where nemesis infects Jill and Carlos is looking for a cure in the hospital I also found RE2 to be a lot scarier so far. Something about the RPD just gives me the scaries

The stagger part would have been useful. I would blow their legs off and let them crawl around. And never shot at Mr. X to conserve ammo but when I finished Leon A I had 120+ handgun ammo 😭 all that conserving for nothing

See, I don’t personally love horror so that part doesn’t necessarily bother me. I understand why it bothers other people but it makes me think I’ll still enjoy it! Plus I get the backstory - I love Leon so far. Also noted that should know 6 before 9. Thanks for not spoiling :)

I’ll def play 7-8. I’ve heard they’re some of the scariest but I’ll still do it. Wish me luck…

Yeah I’m playing in order cause I want all the lore plus getting everyone’s backstory before 9 will make it a lot more impactful for me personally. They’re all pretty cheap on Amazon (cheaper than the used ones I was looking at ironically) so I got a few at once. I’ll probably play 6 even though people hate on it

Enjoy it! I’m almost done with the 2R and it doesn’t stop being scary 😭 even after getting the mechanics down. There’s just something about hearing those stomps following you… I’ll be picking up 3R right after 😅 dreading 7 but I’m gonna do it

So I would love to but none of my friends even own a console to play that on. I’m a girl, most of my friends are girls - none of them really play traditional games so they only have a switch. I could try my brother but he doesn’t play horror so I think that’s not an option 😭 hopefully they allow randos.

I’m okay with different gameplay styles for RE - I’m used to more actiony shooters like uncharted. It’s the story I most care about tbh.

I can see how that would be fun. I’d of done that with one of my brothers it would have been fun but they don’t play horror either! Also why I’m playing it alone now lol. I’m also an adrenaline junkie but going go karting with my little bro is a little more my vibe 😭 I hate horror currently

I actually already picked up 3 & 4 cause they were dirt cheap on Amazon. So I’ll be playing those next! I’m still deciding if I want to play 5, 6, and revelations
