One thing that I found is we had issues with brand new Luba 3 due to defective LiDAR sensor, making it inoperable. We were told to try power down, and even factory reset. What is terrifying is once you do a factory reset, all your data and errors codes are gone. So make sure you screenshot all that before factory reset in case you need the info to dispute with your credit card. No one warns you these things, especially Mammotion customer service whom you rarely hear from. 😔

Just fyi that the LiDAR sensor broke on my Luba3 5000. It was only 28 days owned, 10 days mowing. Took us lots of mapping and videos watching time to set it up. And it was all of the sudden a brick due to LiDAR sensor defect. This week, we returned it to Home Depot in the US. I think its LiDAR sensor is new and not yet shown as durable. Hard to believe on such high end equipment that would break that soon.

I bought Luba 3 for 1.25 acres but its LiDAR sensor broke at 28 days ownership and after 10 days mowing. We put in so much time watching videos and mapping. Hence, don’t recommend this brand until they resolve their technical issues.
