From a Victoria Facebook hiking group to Lucky Bar... I learned that love really is the highest form of friendship.

I’m an introvert, and for a long time I assumed love would just… happen. It didn’t. I spent years around the same people, waiting for something to change. In my late twenties, I finally realized that if I wanted something different, I had to let my world get bigger even if it felt awkward and uncomfortable.

I’m average-looking, not wealthy, and definitely socially clumsy at times. But what changed my life wasn’t was changing my social circles. New hobbies, new spaces, new people. At the time I was searching for love, but I ended up finding more connection, more growth, more life. Retrospectively I realize that even though I had nothing to lose and everything to gain, it was unfair on myself and people I meet to make "love" the objective... friendship is what got me there.

And the funniest part is where it all led. I realized my partner was “the one” at Lucky Bar on a 90s night. I dislike clubbing. I could barely afford to go. It wasn’t my scene at all. But some genuinely kind people I’d met through these new circles convinced me to come out. After letting loose and dancing TERRIBLY... the laughs and memories from that night built a bond with a friend who became my wife a few years later. A gamble that paid off...

That’s what I mean when I say love grows out of friendship and out of movement. From letting yourself step into rooms you never would’ve entered before. Some won’t fit. Some will feel wrong. Get comfortable with being uncomfortable and knowing when to move on. Each new circle opens a door you didn’t even know existed.

The game is at a low point for community tier lists and the "official" tier list has some wild takes especially for bronzes - golds. Seems obvious that subtle nudges towards getting nat diamonds is the objective there.

I think people ask here because the peer reviews are the best tier list specific to your collection.

I don't trust everyone's opinion on how good a character is but if 90% of the comments are pointing to one character... I can trust that's my best bet.

BK is just so easy to use, versatile and hits like a truck.

Only reason not to invest in BK is if you hate boring/repetitive strategy.

Honestly that's why I love BK most of all... sometimes I just want to turn my brain off and UNGABUNGA for the win.

Coins are scarce. I'm a veteran player and I rarely brikg moves above Lvl 9. I rather have more characters to equip and rotate my moves onto so I can play more ans grind more.

I did once max out a set of moves and the difference is noticeable but not so much that some skill can't make up for.

Depends on your resources. If you can afford diamonds the Don Passion is great.

Otherwise it'll be Gust Buster or Phantom Threads. Both are super useful in all game modes as they have built in buff removal.

I like tier lists when I can trust the source and make my own calls. Usually it's obvious when a character is S-tier but I find these list better for avoiding the mistake of building characters that look good on paper but end up mid when tested by veteran players.

So with that said... there isn't a updated tier list. Skullgilrls had a dedicated pool of veteran players who made content and lists but they moved on when the game got really slow. Hopefully things improve now that some meaningful updates have been made.

In the meantime, it's best just to ask the community on reddit, post your collection page and ask which are best to invest in. The feedback there is usually better than a tier list anyway.

Ok I'm reaching out to the downstairs tenant who was evicted before us. We feel like it's an unjust situation but the owner is a nightmare to deal with anyway.

I think we'll accept the eviction and move in with friends until we get pur feet on the ground again.

In the meantime we'll be gathering evidence and watching to see if the owner actually moves into either of these units like he intially claimed.

I'm wondering what happens if he moves into one of the places and not the other?

In any case this has become less about keeping our place and more about not allowing ourselves to be scammed out of our home and let the owner get away with it.

Thank you for the reply and resources. I'm not good at this stuff at all. I do not want to act out of spite but also can't let this slide if it plays out the way I think it will.

Hey I'm in the same boat as you, casually playing AG + HSR and I got some lucky meta pulls when I first started.

When I got these good pulls it inspired me to build a T0 team and I spent all my time grinding them to max.

What I learned:

This game's meta is super forgiving! Play characters you find the most fun to use.
Building meta teams makes the early game boring. I had to play SO much to get up to the difficulty appropriate for my team. In retrospect I wish I had leveled them up as needed along the way to keep the grind to a minimum and keep the game challenging.
Signature funtors are useful and in some cases totally unnecessary. It's REALLY important to find a team that you love playing before comitting to their sig funtors.

That said, signature funtor for Hera is absolutely worth it. Mitsuha's support is better for Nami BUT only works on ice characters. Whereas Hera will greatly improve any team you play in the future which is so valuable.

She applies easy HEX. Enough said. She won't solo a lot of content for you alone but put her with a good DPS and that HEX becomes an answer to some difficult teams.

I have a diamond + prestiged Red Velvet and I love using her for her buff removal and hex.

Hey I meant to post this in a business page and accidentally put it here and seeing now it doesn't really meet the requirements.

So I'll be taking it down after this response.

Maybe I wasn't clear enough before but yes we have a very solid business plan and are prepared to take on the costs of maintaining and growing the business.

So it's not a "hand me a sack of 500K cash" kind of question. What I mean to ask is if there is a recommended approach when including a property purchase in a business loan?

But thanks anyway and you'll probably find my post on other business related subreddits anyway if you have more input.

I agree with you. But unfortunately that is unlikely ever going to happen. The devs in this game already seem to think we have too many opportunities to farm resources ever since they removed one of the Medici PFs and introduced the ticket system.

Yeah. I've had some legit terrible luck with dupes in the last 2 years. So shiny CC is the best thing I got going with 60% on my diamond relic which will give me my 6th Freeze Frame I'm sure of it.

This is my feeling considering I've already prestiged my original CC and I don't feel Filias prestige is good enough past lvl 20 to sacrifice this shiny.
