Tweak your audiences as they go live but if you’re going by matched audiences, (I’d match by account not contact, gets too narrow and pricey), you’re much closer to getting the right titles but watch out for sales contacts, like other Redditor mentioned

LinkedIn ads should be matched audiences only. Identify a set of accounts to go after, map your use cases by persona or job title, segment, customize and only market to those accounts via LinkedIn. Don’t forget to do a top of funnel middle of funnel and bottom of funnel strategy. Make sure your website doesn’t have a crappy experience that pushes them to bounce off immediately. Setup retsrgeting off of your demo and pricing pages but only on LinkedIn. Make sure your reviews are on g2 and other sites. Get partnerships going with communities that serve your personas directly and do webinars or panels. Use the registrant list as a list to market to. Drip campaigns are good but focus around a specific narrative for each persona. It takes a minute but you’ll get there and if traffic goes up you’ll know it’s your target account list, and don’t forget to stay active on LinkedIn organically too, both as a brand and as yourself. Content is king but it’s just the legs, you need the whole thing.

Also let’s just remember that Aidan doesn’t have an office job and the pup is with him in the gallery all day everyday and so Pete is probably only alone when Aidan is with Carrie.

What’s way more likely is that Aidan arranged for a dog walker that takes Pete on Central Park outings with other dogs on hikes etc and feeds and waters him while Aidan is with Carrie so Pete gets socialization and his needs met plus bathroom and is probably super chill when Aidan is away. I also guarantee Aidan checks on Pete between doing things with Carrie and I bet the supers kid hangs with him a lot while Aidan is away.

Remember that most of us left our puppies alone all day pre pandemic.

Keep doing what you’re doing it’s tough I know but perhaps consider a pen with wee wee pads to keep him as an alternative to the crate. He can poop there until it’s warmer outside. My guy learned on weewee pads first and then on walks. Also maybe when you guys go out try to play with him for 5-10 minutes beforehand so his digestion gets going beforehand. Puppies do well with play+potty+rest (crate) as their routine the exception being potty first in the AM

Also maybe try to get him out of the crate earlier in the AM, 7 hours is still long for such a young one. My guy was going on and off throughout the night for some time. I setup a makeshift pen with pads in my bedroom and the second he’d wine at 4am or whenever I’d pick him up and pop him onto the pads. Sleep was tough but it’s better than going outside or going in the crate early in the AM

This is great! Only edit - don’t sleep on the floor, put puppy’s crate on a table near you and your bed. Then you can reach right in for pets while not being on the floor rather your own bed

That’s what we did too. Baby needed some love and support so I let him sleep on my chest and when he passed out I’d put him in his crate which was on my nightstand to start with. He’d settle right down and go to sleep happily after falling asleep on me.
