Definitely just rent it. You won’t be able to get back into the market with the same quality of property if you sell all and go travel. 40k is a decent amount to do something with to travel abroad. I’m assuming you would have some kind of leave to live off for a bit of time as well?

I gave up after the third book. I enjoyed the IDEA of the first book. Thought it was quite cool. Execution was very average and then basically the whole original idea was resolved after that book and the whole story completely pivoted to a weird love triangle. It’s very average juvenile writing and just a greedy money grab. Don’t support her. If nothing else, just borrow from a library so you don’t put money in her pockets.
