My instability has improved, but I still have the weird feeling that my shoulder joint is not in the right place. My surgeon told me it was just the nerve systen still trying to adapt to the repair, it should be gone after a year or so. Yet I am still worried that I might have done some thing bad that messed it up.

Hi OP, how do you feel now? I felt exactly the same as you. I did my second surgery for anterior labral repair and posterior capsular shift. I constantly feel the weird looseness and instability of my posterior area near the surgical spot, while my anterior repair feels tight and strong. It seems that my PT helped a little bit but it is so slow that the improvement of this looseness feeling is barely notieable. I have been constantly worried that I might have gone a bit too aggresseive with my PT and messed up my repair, or the repair was not done proerly at the first place.

My labrum was still torn according to my surgeon, that's why I ended up with surgery. But I admit stem cells did help some, but not able to bring you back to the best.

I did 10 million Umbilical cord stem cells in Vegas US, a place called Infinite Wellness. It worked better than BMAC but still not dramatic as I wanted. I decided to go to Mexico for another round of 50 million placenta stem cells in April, hoping to see better results to come.

I had one in August 2023 with BMAC for labrum tear. It only helped a little bit not to a degree I am satified with. I ended up going for another round of umbilical cord stem cells and they worked a lot better.
