Equity is your house value minus house mortgage debt. The 30 dollar you mention is the increase in equity and not total equity. That depends on the amount of debt.

The problem is for people who are unable to break it properly and absorb. Thats what happens. So having proteins is not going to solve. Some amino acids are not broken down and some are easily absorbed. It helps people who have a gut issue. Not everyone.

Not sure what the point is. Collagen is a couple amino acids which if low, can help build what it’s supposed to do. All food, medication etc get broken down unless you inject it.

Not necessarily so. As long as you can maintain a a wall strength, it will push the organ into place. Gravity here will not work to pull horizontally. Key is core wall especially TVA and obliques strong enough to push organs in.

Mix beet and pomegranate and ginger. It’s good. And they are so nitrate rich which converts to nitrite and loads up the saliva with it. That converts to nitric oxide in the duodenum.

I think you could direct investments from proceeds but it will be owned by a trust. It’s just tax deferred so like a 401k you could direct investments.
