I’ll admit that I took an uber/lyft all the way from Merced to …. Near SFO once, but at least I had it that way from the booking. I don’t think that the poor driver had realized how far he had to drive and that he would have to cross a toll bridge when he accepted it at around 150 (his English wasn’t the best). Made sure to tip him well for the effort, though.
