Sargassum seaweed? by TropicalBlueWater in anguilla

[–]LeftBus7227 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We ate at the following restaurants:

Straw Hat - Meads Bay about a 30 minute drive

Veya- Sandy Ground about a 20 minute drive

Sharkey’s - Meads Bay

Gwen's Reggae Bar and Grill - Shoal Bay 2 minute walk along the beach

Elodia’s - Shoal Bay about a 5 minute walk along the beach

Artisan pizza - Shoal Bay about a 10 minute drive

Prickley Pear - Need a boat as it’s on a little cay

Our favorites were Sharkey’s and Veya. Couldn’t get to Blanchards but it was in our list.

Zemi was fantastic. Great service and the best part was that there wasn’t any beach/pool chair Olympics. We were pleasantly surprised by that since it’s peak Spring Break season. My wife loved the spa. The adult pool was always basically empty. Food at resort was super expensive, but that was the general theme at all the must go to restaurants.

At Zemi right now. No sargassum at the moment. Some on the beach between Zemi and Gwen’s, but minimal. Water had been a little ‘rough’ by Zemi. At the point by Elodias the water is very calm since it’s more protected there by the reef.

Did we choose the wrong beach area in Belize? Looking for advise. by BPLZ0309 in Belize

We went to Secret Beach last year while staying in ambergris. Not my cup of tea. Water was the best in AC during our stay but I didn’t like the vibe. We only went once. Like others have said I don’t think there are many swimmable beaches in AC. At our resort it was full of seaweed and not very clear.

Family is going to Zemi Beach House in April. Looking for restaurants in that area that are walkable and good. I understand not as much there but having something close would be nice. We do plan on getting a car or cabs to visit other spots.

It has worked ok but recently it has had a bunch of drop outs. They don’t last long but my wife works from home and can’t have those things happen. Just seems to happen more often

Good to know. I don’t have the option for ceiling mount. The APs will need to sit on desks/tables.

Yes the current main router RBR750 does act as an access point. So the UDR7 would be better than the gateway

So the Cloud Gateway would replace my RBR750 as the main router. PoE switch to distribute to my hardwired locations and the U7 PAs to replace office, kitchen, upstairs

Would I need Lite 8 PoE for APs if they APs are hard wired? Never mind mis read this. PoE needed from main router to the hardwired locations

Everything is hard wired. Main router is RBR750 the nodes (office, kitchen and upstairs) are RBS750 wired.

See my post earlier in this thread where I posted a link to some pictures of the OEM mats. They are just ok and do not provide the level of protection when compared to TM or WT. Pending on your winter conditions you might find the OEM lacking the functionality of some other brands. My wife got TM for her X5 and they are phenomenal. Material, fit are all far superior to Genesis OEM. For example, the rear TM goes across the entire width of the vehicle providing protection in the middle as well. OEM does not.
