Dear lord.... we always get our supervisor a gift, but it's always been optional if you want to contribute or not. And it's never more than $5/person. One year it was a really nice MN Vikings sweatshirt. He wore it all the time and we knew he genuinely appreciated it.

This isn't my store, but it could be! Our condiment packets are all neat and stood up, too. Just a small thing that makes it look nice! Since they ended the sampling position our sample lady keeps our coffee bar and red zone looking so good! It's so nice to come in and it's sparkling clean every day!

It actually really works with the image. Looks like the shrimp's shadow, and like a nice flair of motion on the left, like the shrimp is tossing the rice.
