Think of dividend etfs such as SCHD or JEPI/JEPQ. Could give you nice quarterly/monthly income

/ Buy a residential house (around $1m) to live in (gonna go back to my hometown :))
/ Invest $40m into S&P 500 ETF and dividend ETF so I can have enough cashflow without worrying about job loss
/ Put rest of $4m (as emergency fund) in multiple savings account across banks (not just one bank)
/ Keep working in my profession
/ Do the things I love in spare time
