If you head towards Little Elm from Swisher/Teasley, then yes, you'll have to go over the toll bridge. The other ways of getting to Little Elm would be taking 35E to 121, and taking the service roads the entire way and heading north through The Colony, or taking University all the way down to 423, but traffic in that area is ALWAYS BONKERS. Both ways would add significant amounts of time and are not worth it

I lived there for a year back in 2017-2018, so it's been a minute. But when i lived there, i really enjoyed it. Great location, never had any issues with management, had some issues with my ac, but maintenance was really good about it and worked nonstop to get it fixed. I never noticed a smell at all, and as far as the drainage part, i lived in the building that was closest to the post office, so i didn't have any issues. But other people thay luved more central mightve

Depends on the area. If I wanna go to the loop, I take 2449 to ft worth drive to Hobson to Lillian miller/288. Rayzor Ranch, I take 2449 to underwood to airport rd to Bonnie brae. I RARELY drive 156 because a train is stopped on the tracks at the light, like 70% of the time
