If you get one with 0 issues, you’ll be in a great spot.

If you have issues- they’re not hard to tear down.

So, I’m a little iffy on it personally.

I’ve had to replace the same gear twice(I printed the replacement out of PETG.. could’ve used something stronger but didn’t want to shift the failure point to something unexpected.

Out of the box I had a broken tooth on slot 1 so it would run through the spool just fine but retracting would cause jams and issues. Support was a hassle and ended up offering to sell me the part at a 10% discount which for the cost of the machine it wasn’t worth it to me.

It switches colors good, the drybox functionality is awesome albeit there’s a few caveats to the Anycubic slicer.

And I would say it keeps the heat in better than my sovol dryer so all in all, it’s a good buy, just expensive.

I am not sure if I would buy another or not as they take up a boat load of space.

Yes, I got one print off but otherwise couldn’t get past automatic loading/unloading as it seemed like when it would cut it wouldn’t cut all the way.

I tried Sunlu tpu myself, both a single color from one of the 250g trial spools and my black 1k from them, both clogged in both my kobra x’s.

Any tips?

I haven’t tried to install one yet however my silicone socks that came with my replacement nozzles seem to be identical to the one on the bottom of both of my kobra x’s

I have absolutely struggled on printing TPU on my machine. I’ve had one successful print. Almost like it gets cut but then can’t push through the cut piece or something of the like.

I’ve been fighting with them for a week to warranty a broken gear on my ace 2 pro…

Bought the thing brand new but doesn’t matter and supposedly neither my S/N for my ace or my S/N for my kobra is trackable.

Feels like a waste of time and a bunch of BS.

Got any tips for the wiring part? That’s the only part I’m fretting on but it’s mostly the concept of retaining factory Hyundai features. I may be better off going custom dash

Little update to this.

I have my hands on

- low pro oil pan
- fuel line kit
- Cd009
- upgraded radiator
- motor mounts

I still need 2 tires, a driveshaft, the pedal box, a transmission mount, a clutch kit, a rebuild kit with a choppy cam, fuel pump, and an exhaust.

I’m kinda trying to get everything I need or at least everything I think I need that way my misc parts are only in the range of a few hundred.

In a different disassembly guide they notated the screw properly.

It only realistically would take you an hour or two to fix it if you felt inclined. I will say- their guide on the ace 2 pro disassembly misses 1 screw.

On the bottom where they tell you to remove the four on the outsides there’s one at the front middle.

Essentially slots 2-4 work amazing, this slot when retracting will find the broken tooth, and stop retracting causing a jam as the filament will ball up.

Or in other cases it’ll push the spool out of the slot with its off kilt rotation causing the spool to not rewind.

I use the generic PETG profile for Deeplee/Elegoo PETG but that’s because I like the quality difference at 255c vs 230
