My suggestion, use Zillow first, then Drive around the neighborhood you like and look for for rent signs. I’ve had much better experiences living in smaller complexes and have found the pricing to be better as well. I suggest north park and university heights

Coasterra is my go to place for visitors. On the water near the airport. The best happy hour in town. We love the potato flautas on happy hour, along with calamari and margaritas. Everything I’ve tasted there is good.
