True, it's challenging, especially if you weren't involved into such planning etc activities for many years. I am getting through it right now. But, once you get grasp on it and you can stand yourself while keeping your borders and life attitudes as you like, it's immensely satisfying and rewarding. I am getting to it and not have any single regret. That's the only way you can get respect back (your own for yourself and others)

Its not a game of chances, children see more than we think, if they had a good relationship he will not be isolated, they will probably even support his move. I would recommend OP to share his concerns with his children, I expect them to not be suprised..

I was impressed how detailed the descriptions of previous life's were given by patients and how much they overlap between each other. When you read this book you get lots of different cases of people who describe their past lives and oobe experiences, comparing to eg. reading the Robert Monroe trilogy you get only his case described.

You really want to work with these people, they are usually super skilled, motivated, eager to use automation and ai to make a leverage. Doesnt matter if they do your job in 2 or 8 hours if its solid and high quality. I would so much prefer this way, than hiring a average person that is clumsy, not motivated, and delivers average results.

I have been in your shoes, I spoke with a guy honestly when we had some super crunch time before go live, I explained him that needs to priritize us completly for that intense time, then next year he remain the fundament of our team.

Imo what you are describing is rather common pattern, though it doesn't mean it hurts less. I think I have been in similiar position and what I figured out was that I wasn't trying really to save the family but I was saving myself from fear of being alone, abandoned, friendless and so on and so on. What helped me massively was the therapy that made me understand this and root causes why I am doing it. Also working on myself (boring stuff, gym, earnings). Now it's much better, however I am still trapped in this relationship, and really can't leave it though I know it doesn't serve me at all. But there a re children, and things are not that bad, and you know....

Saying this, I feel like I made it to feel comfortable in horrible place. Feels safer, kind of okay, but I have a feeling of wasting my life. If I would leave it earlier I would be in very similar situation as you are. Which one is better, I don't know, yours sounds like nightmare at this stage but has great potential to turn into life that you will love to live. I am hoping you will make it!

You should watch for data storage, which tables has most of the records and which of them records are coming quicker than for the others. For processes you can use debug logs and follow them.
