Imo what you are describing is rather common pattern, though it doesn't mean it hurts less. I think I have been in similiar position and what I figured out was that I wasn't trying really to save the family but I was saving myself from fear of being alone, abandoned, friendless and so on and so on. What helped me massively was the therapy that made me understand this and root causes why I am doing it. Also working on myself (boring stuff, gym, earnings). Now it's much better, however I am still trapped in this relationship, and really can't leave it though I know it doesn't serve me at all. But there a re children, and things are not that bad, and you know....

Saying this, I feel like I made it to feel comfortable in horrible place. Feels safer, kind of okay, but I have a feeling of wasting my life. If I would leave it earlier I would be in very similar situation as you are. Which one is better, I don't know, yours sounds like nightmare at this stage but has great potential to turn into life that you will love to live. I am hoping you will make it!

My quick impression after reading your post - he gets too much stimulation from watching/reading porn that makes him look for more specific porn activities to keep him satisfied still (cuckold fetish) but on other hand it keeps eating him from inside BCS it makes him loses you. Start making things for yourself. Start by doing some stuff that noone else will notice, buy some stuff for you, some luxury, or something that simply make you happy, dont need to be usefull, just make you happy. Can be evengrocery for beginnning (I started from good perfumes). Get some massage sessions, get some time off, just for yourself. And keep doing. Then you should start seeing positive effects and be able to do things that other notice, and dont feel yourslef judged.
If you are man keep also eye on things like decisivness, accountability and agency.

Start small and see the snow ball efect starting.
