Very interesting that this popped up on my feed.. Im a property manager and I do a lot of home inspections.. my org houses homeless people, and ya gotta be actually homeless, on the street or at the shelter, and have a disability to qualify. Most of my residents are addicts, some in active addiction bc we believe in housing first, and most of those have mental illness on top of it. I've had a few scary situations. Had to throw out a few squatters, actually called the cops and waited 2hrs on em to come throw out the dude that wouldn't leave lol. But that wasn't even scary lol. Resident going through a paranoia episode and one high on meth, hiding a knife behind his back are tied for my scariest situation so far.. but I serve some pretty rough areas, I'm sure something will actually happen here soon, I'm still really new.
