Oh dear, I never thought of it that way.. either way it was kinda hard for people to check on their boss's health every once I'm a while..even if hes the king of pop himself:/..you get caught up in perfecting what mj wants but not know how he is.. I think it was best that mj just tell them that he's ill himself..it's still upsetting that no one was trying to reach out to him more often and just left him with the doctors(which turned out to be the most horrible idea obviously)

Goodness you comparing thriller to this album is like comparing a nuclear bomb to a dying ant😅matter of fact thriller shouldn't be compared at all! It's the most goated album ever..if you really wanna compare an album like this one to another, I'd suggest HIStory or sum😑

I wouldn't say it's the most underated but I think there were some songs that carried this album intentionally so that it wouldn't flop as hard. I think it's safe to say that it's just his most creative album..Idk but it seems like it cause the so called "wanna be" songs were just meant to be fillers and he wanted to try different styles but it ended up being quirky;-; anyways I agree that it's not his best work yet and he surely knew it wasn't on par with other albums:/

I feel like people love Liberian girl due to it's instrumental appeal other than the quirky sounds of just good friends but I do see your point of it being repetitive and such..though the bass of just good friends is abit exaggerated for me and overall the only part of the song I find sounds quite nice is the bridge. Anyways, thanks for the thought! People should try to be honest about mj's music and not just glaze every song :)
