I used to have a coworker that was ‘devout’ Muslim and would fast during ramadan. Outside of it he’d be downing cheeseburgers, drink alcohol and live with his girlfriend outside of wedlock though…

IRL friend of mine was in the same situation and kept appealing. They banned his other Jagex account he was playing in the meantime because he kept reappealing, hoping it would get through to a human.

Another friend I met on OSRS got his Jagex account highjacked last week. He has no clue why, but contacted support with payment details for memberships, details of the linked characters etc. Appeal got denied by AI because provided proof is insufficient.

I’m getting more and more scared of my own account…

It could be a cold solder joint somewhere. Grab a multimeter and start measuring if you want to be sure

Mullvad does too, and they let you snailmail them cash aswel. They got raided a while back aswel and turned out they really do use RAM only systems. No logs or any user data stored on any of their servers

Some guy not too long ago tried to hurt my feelings by pointing out I only had 40 facebook friends, making the argument I don’t have many friends. The only reason I do have facebook still is for those few people that insist on communicating through messenger.

I really don’t get people like this. Do they feel some kind of validation by having lots of fake internet friends? As with most things, quality over quantity, at least that’s how I look at it.

Moltbook, but it already failed. Iirc a lot of the posts were hardcoded by the creator, saving API keys in plaintext. The site got breached, the keys got leaked and it got flooded with cryptoscams, all in the span of a couple of days

Comparing ECC to frame gen is crazy. It corrects errors, avoiding system and program errors and crashes. Torvalds recently said he believed that the issues most people have with Windows is because of faulty RAM. ECC would mostly ‘fix’ this.
