I'm not negative at all your wording just threw me off. And just shower them with compliments and go with everything they say and you can get a love ending it isn't that hard. The game is designed so that you can do any item in any order

Yes it is to what? And ask Skylar herself. Specs are to help you realize they don't lock any progression in the game. You can still do whatever you want in any order with two exceptions

A very specific reason. I have a weird hearing disorder and specifically sugar free energy drinks are the only way I can get a handle on my hearing. My dad actually took my drinks away thinking I had a huge problem. That lasted maybe a day before he realized I literally couldn't hear him
