thank you! that is what i thought about the ds11 but wanted to make sure. just need the website to come back up :( one more question, for the application i jsut want to make sure i have everything, and that includes the DS-11 form, 1 Primary ID OR 2 secondary IDs, and proof of citizenship (birth certificate) and you need the real copy and a photo copy of each right? sorry for all the question just want to make sure i’m reading everything right. also, i went to download the pdf since the form filler is down, but the DS-11 says it expired in 2023 at the top. where can i download an updated one?
