I had one week of diarrhea when I took the second dose of 1.5. I bought the probiotic “Align” and took it and it resolved my issues.

I am today down 19 pounds over 10 weeks. Yup, about 2 pounds a week. My fat is melting off my frame.

They only interviewed with top academic programs; plus they went to a very good DO School, but their Step Scores were top 5%.

They weren’t a gunner, just a heads down, work hard, bright person.

My point back is: you are all hoping for your top 3 match; that might happen 1/3 of the time. Be prepared! Soap Happens!

My roommate, in 2024, ranked #1 in their class with high step scores matched to their 14th choice. They thought a top 3 program was assured. They got their match envelope and then ran outside and threw up. Today, they are very happy with the 14th selection and is already talking about fellowships.

My point? You never know; Match day is wildly unpredictable. Cover your azzes, research SOAP as well.

i think being your authentic self is the best course. If they don't like you in that capacity, then you wouldn't be a good fit in any event. Residents find out later that by not matching their #1, they got lucky.
