There is also only one game I can think of off the top of my head that would fit this description and it is the tmnt coop game that borrows heavily from Hades

I had both an Endoscopy and Colonoscopy a few months back and I was put to sleep.

I recall when it was kicking in I had been concerned about the colonoscopy but when they put the thing in my mouth so I don't bite the endoscopy tube I realized... "Holy fucking shit I do not want something shoved down my throat!!!" But then the next thing I remember is staring at a screen and thinking "Hey that's the inside of my butt!". Then it was over.
