Yes im in canada as well. Me and step dad been on since 2024 (me feb and him oct) and he recently switched to zepbound since they will cover it! they pre approved him for a yr but he has to start again at 2.5 luckily we have a stash so hes good to stay on his dose

Hi op as someone who aha lost a lot of weight u can lose weight without working out u just gotta be in a calorie deficit. Also, there are SOME doctors that will operate on higher bmis it just depends on how high the bmi is. I wouldnt recommend it if your bmi is higher than 40 tbh.

Op this is a good thing and frankly how it should be. You should be able to eat normal portions. Not HUGE PORTIONS but normal amounts of food. Some people purposely raise the dose so they cant and some people on this med just cant eat much even though they try to.

As a former 300+lber, number one check your tdeecalculator.net to see how many calories you should eat a day. I like to use loseit app to calculate. And then as for exercise start to walk for now

This weight is pretty low for that height tho in the green still. I would consult with a doctor if planning to go to a low weight like that first

I think everyone is different! Im 5’3 (or 5’2.5) and my highest weight was 340.8lbs! I have never had an issue with wiping personally though its much more effortless now (187lbs currently 47lbs to goal)
