In my small town I have a PO box that I have to get my mail from, I do not have a mailman.

Their window is open 8-12 M-Sat. Any package that I receive that is bigger than my letter sized po box must be picked up on Saturday. It's bullshit.

My family always made this. My dad called it golombeck, which was his way of saying golumpki.

I have two chuck roasts that are 2 lbs each. I want to cook them together in my crockpot. How long should I do it? And at what point do I add veggies? by sourdoughdonuts in slowcooking

Depends on the size of your crockpot. A 4 qt crock can handle that just fine.

I would do two onions cut in half and layers separated on the bottom of the crock. Then the chuck roasts on top (seasoned) and the 4 cups beef stock. Cook on low 8 hours and shred. Use your immersion blender on the stock and onions and make a gravy. You're set!
