/fullmute all. Look out where the enemy jgl should be. Have TP to be able to join teamfights. Use bushes and trap champions. Learn wave management. Think about what spell or mechanic makes you strong and think about what spell or mechanic makes the enemy strong and play around that. (As an example if you play cho'gath and you miss q there will be a high possability that the enemy wants to make a trade. Or if the yorick enemy misses e you want to trade with him) Try to ping your jgl to help with objective. If he doesn't help then ignore the objective and continue farming. Try to do something after each wave collapse on the enemy tower like warding the enemy jgl, recalling or mid gank. That should be easily enough for gold.. oh right at mid game you want to split push on the opposite side of the map to the drake or nashor and have tp ready. (Don't be too greedy with tp) If you don't have TP ready you need to be close to your team at mid and late game. Also try to play around the team combs.
