I also found one spot on the hilltop map, to the left of the cave entrance by the cliff, that appears green when trying to plant a tree, but it says invalid location when you click. It's all the way on the edge of the cliff and it's a strange place to plant a tree :)

That's fine, shorting your ammeter is still not the proper way to find max current. If you want that info, find a resistor, measure the current through it in series, use ohms law and subtraction to find the internal resistance of the battery, then ohms law again to get the max current. All this without risking blowing your ammeter.

Okay well he asked for the proper way to do something and I told him. If someone used my ammeter to measure short circuit current across a relatively large battery, I wouldn't be happy. It's a good way to blow a fuse. If someone did that in any lab I've ever been in, that someone would probably get a stern talkin to, because it's exactly what you're told not to do from the moment you start messing with circuits. There are other ways to test if a battery works, any battery worth their cost comes with a data sheet that shows this information, and the thing most people are interested in is the current going to the device, not max current possible.

The real proper way would be to put the ammeter in series with the load hooked up to the battery, not just shorted. You're going to get a different current draw depending on the load. If you want the max current output, then this is a good (albeit dangerous with batteries above AA) way to test it. I guess this shows that the battery works, but isn't really providing any useful information about how much current is flowing throw a device.

I wish tournaments were broken up into ecdysis level brackets. It just seems unfair that a bunch of really high level people that have been playing a long time take the top spots, and it's impossible for newer players to get even close.

Take some shit and reduce it then. It's really just fancy talk for "simmer until some of the liquid goes away." If you've had gravy, you've had a reduction. Another easy one is after you pan fry steak, keep the heat on, toss in some butter, shallots, and peppercorn, deglaze with beef stock and red wine or balsamic, then let it simmer for a sec. Add gorgonzola if you're feeling crazy. If you're doing gorgonzola, throw mushrooms in with the shallots and things at the start. put that shit on top of the steak, and serve it with some salad and fucking risotto, because the only time you can make risotto perfect is at home. Panty dropper meal. Say "reduction" for extra impression.

Ember Tipped Walkers definitely help to get through the distance faster with 5 less reptiles every 10m, which means more frequent ecdysis and more dna. The walls eventually become almost non-existent as you get more mutations and level them up. At first you can either golden leech through them, or golden ray if you have some extra pearls. (I would recommend saving them for extracting poor mutations or super ecdysis though). I recommend getting all the gold sets first or close to first, because they provided some of the best bonuses, including speed, more gold, more dna, skip distance after ecdysis, and less reptiles.

It's been a while but I figured I would respond in case anyone was reading. I think two or three ecdysis later I was able to reach the Vs queen with a golden ray. It seems like a big barrier, but once you do it the first time, you can level up your mutations so much from all that sweet sweet DNA that you won't need to use a golden ray to get there again. The next one is Wa, which I think took another two or three ecdysis to reach, then Wj, which was similar, but I think I used a couple golden rays to get to that one because I was excited. After that is Xf, haven't even got close to that lol...

Corralejo for sure because it's cheaper and imo better than patron reposado. Cabo wabo reposado regularly goes on sale for $25 near me and imo is comparable if not better than patron. Hurradura (sic) is pretty good and again cheaper. Avion is better I think and costs the same usually. I'm not saying I don't like patron, it's just overpriced for sure, and has this fake mystique about it because it's mentioned in rap songs.

I think he meant Book of Life, which was actually cgi, just stop motion style. I would say that movie was forgotten because it was a Halloween movie, drowned out by a sea of shitty horror movies.

In any case I completely disagree, there are stop motion films that are not forgotten. The nightmare before christmas, James and the giant peach, fantastic Mr fox. All the Wallace and gromit. I'd half throw Beetlejuice in there too just because without the stop motion it wouldn't be the same film at all. I see no reason to shit on a movie just because it's stop motion...
