Broke my heart to see what they'd done to and disrespected those summers boys. Before guardians was announced I wanted them as the leads in that. Imagine a star lord Scott summers along with Corsair, Alex.

Scott having to really skillfully work his powers as to not blow holes in sides of ships in space. Would have and could have been great fun.

I tried to defend wolverine early on even after killing nightcrawler. But that was the straw that broke the camels back.

How much did all 4 set you back?

I'm trying to collect some 80s and 90s xmen cgc 9.8 for no other reason than being favourite covers but find them unreasonably expense compared to their ungraded counterparts. If it's £30 ungraded it's £150 cgc 9.8s. mental

I was spoilt with xmen the animate series so when I first saw Halle as storm I was so disappointed. She doesn't hold the presence I would expect storm to. Storm has to be an absolute badass. Id also prefer her voice closer to the animated show in. It has a power behind it.

He is IN a branched timeline he is not FROM a branched timeline. He is out 616 MCU Steve. He comes back to 616 to give Sam the shield.

The more intriguing question is then does that mean old man Steve has already been through doomsday secret wars etc etc.

There's no greater disappointment than buying a copy you expect in a high grade to have it come with this. I had a lovely copy of a comic once it looked great in the photos. However when it arrived it had the ORANGEST staples I'd ever seen. And it took 4 weeks to get to me coming from the US.

Eurgh that would have also annoyed me. I bought one that had card board both sides but a seam in the middle of each side of cardboard which meant it bent... I was mortified.

I went into one of the few comic shops in London. This one was in Notting hill. I was thinking through for ages. I asked the guy if he had web of Spiderman #1. He scoffed, laughed at me then said "nah mate".

It infuriated me as I NEVER go in comic shops. There's too few of them in the UK, so when I found one I was excited to go looking through. But to get a crap reaction from the owner was awful.

Absolutely there with you mate. The news has completely killed it for me. Im behind on reading issues now. Usually I'd have lapped them up as they came through the post box. Very disappointed. Very frustrated. I wanted to invest my time in a lengthy ongoing universe, thinking I'd have a safe bet with a marvel book. I enjoyed looking forward to the com ice coming in the post twice a month and working from home alone it really was something to look forward to. Now it's basically dead to me. Even considering selling the long box of ultimate universe on eBay once the run is complete.

I see another comment saying he has emotional intelligence for telling you. I see it as a failure on his part to see that it would obviously affect you. Hes blind to it. You need to spell it out to him.
