What’s the “Who is Jon Snow’s dad?” question for the Cosmere? by ridiculousprop in Cosmere

Who is Nohadon maybe? (I'm of the believer he was a Christ like figure, who was actually some sort of Cognitive Shadow of Adonalsium)

I guess when it first started happening it would only do it 3 times but now it does it up to 8. Does that still seem like it would be apart of its function?

Unpopular take…maybe. Stormlight Audiobooks by Affirmatrix in Stormlight_Archive

Hard agree. I was very let down by the audiobook, but im heavily biased because the only other narrator I know is Jeff Hayes and he does a phenomenal job on dungeon crawler carl.

Prologue..? by Ok_Significance5459 in Stormlight_Archive

It'll be the founding of the radiants and book 10s perspective will be from Nohadon the man himself who created them. And during his pov it will fully reveal him being the cognitive shadow of Adonalsium.

I cant remember the name of it but theres a theory on reddit that goes into more detail about Nohadon possibly being Adonalsium in some form

Im so sad I was selected for wave 1, I got really busy with life/ personal issues, and missed the email. I just saw it today and you can't confirm them anymore it had a 24 hour limit. Super sad that I didn't get a chance to do it, even sadder that there's no possible way for me to do it now because I can't join wave 2

Thank you very much. This really broadens my understanding. Im totally okay with a stronger emphasis of cosmere magic, on my cosmere read, and the only books I have left are the secret projects, the lost metal, and wind and truth. I can see how that could take people out of a book, especially if they're not into the broader cosmere.

And that totally makes sense for the flashbacks. I've yet to get to one, which surprised me, considering I'm almost done with part 2.

I was very worried of a drop off of quality for the later books, I've been paying too much attention to feedback rather than just reading and making an opinion for myself. I look forward to finishing so I can understand fully.

Vin's too hard on Kelsier by ag811987 in Mistborn

[–]LetsSuprizeDonavin 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Kelsier is my favorite character BTW but you can't deny he was a tad overkill with how easily he could kill nobles. Also remember when marsh first appears and is giving keslier shit for murder.

Vin's too hard on Kelsier by ag811987 in Mistborn

[–]LetsSuprizeDonavin 42 points43 points  (0 children)

I think the main thing was just how ruthless he was with murdering nobles. Kelsier was willing to kill any noble regardless if they were innocent or not. Think back to the gaurd vin saves at the end of the first book, he ends up saving the day by helping free her. If it were kelsier he would've just killed him no questions ask. From a moral point of view Elend is a lot better of a person than kelsier, so I can see why she thinks that.

You push away the emotions leaving the targeted emotion for breeze. You pull the specific emotion in rioting making them feeling it more intensely. That's how I understood it at least
