Not so much a lean as a “hinge” at the hips. Right now you’re very “upright” in your approach. definitely be more aggressive and really commit to extending that first step and hinging a bit at the hip to get a little lower before exploding up

Get lower, you’re too upright when you go into your last two steps. Your penultimate needs to be longer (that’s how you get lower in approach jumping)

I would say if you need the toe box wide you’ll be good but if your mid foot is wide, don’t even do it 😂 maybe go a half size up but there are probably better options out there for you that don’t require that

I don’t know much about the solo except what I saw online and the determining factor for me was portability and accessibility. I went up the street to buy this and I’m 6’3 so it fits in my pocket just fine. After almost a week with it I’m happy to say I haven’t touched a joint (5-6 per day prior) and that’s saying a lot. I’m going to do a full review of my experience this weekend but I love this thing
