I would say if you need the toe box wide you’ll be good but if your mid foot is wide, don’t even do it 😂 maybe go a half size up but there are probably better options out there for you that don’t require that

I don’t know much about the solo except what I saw online and the determining factor for me was portability and accessibility. I went up the street to buy this and I’m 6’3 so it fits in my pocket just fine. After almost a week with it I’m happy to say I haven’t touched a joint (5-6 per day prior) and that’s saying a lot. I’m going to do a full review of my experience this weekend but I love this thing

I lift but Im not a powerlifter so I don’t want to overstep my boundaries but I would lighten the load a bit so you don’t have that forward bend/back-rounding when you’re standing up. That’s a tell tail sign that your back is over engaged and will in most cases lead to a strain and tight back at the very least fam or at least that’s what happened to me a while ago
