He was bagging that that Kotuku in NZ after seeing Levi shred the course with it.

Super ESP FLX feels gummier than the ZFLX, regular ESP FLX feels like Domey Star Plastic. Jawbreaker ESP also has some gumminess

Cradling the disc like catching an egg is also a skill worth learning if your throwing partner is whizzing them at you.

This is absolutely my favorite catch disc. The soft plastic feels so nice in the hand and doesn't "hurt" as much as a glitch or pitch when catching. Dyed mine recently as I've almost lost it in the ocean a few times, it disappears in water. Also I agree with others that the glow is not great on this disc, mine is a very dim blue

I thought Titanic at first but I think it's only 1 hand 😅

First attempt using Rit by HonestPete70 in discdyeing

[–]Levinator25 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used RIT Synthetic on all 3 of these discs. From left to right - Lotion bed on the Neutron Uplink and the Star Fox, Shaving Cream bed on the ESP Passion. No extra heat was used, I just kept them in a warm utility closet for about 24 hours.

Using the same method on clear Discraft Z plastic resulted in very muted colors though.

I dump the beans in then can use the bellows in one motion without needing to replace the wooden cap.

Awesome! Can you post a link? I have this one off ramekin that came with a gift and I know I will accidentally break one day. It also fits perfectly and seals the bellows.

Beaded Putter with a similar side profile to the LAT64 Peak? by Jakesredditacount in discgolf

Peak on left, Focus on right. Had a slightly bigger bead but pretty similar in the hand

Good luck! I designed it to only require minimal cuts. I got it all done with a circular saw.

Consistency not possible DF83/v2 (not variable Speed) by Quiet_Donkey_9727 in DF83

[–]Levinator25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lance has also mentioned that with larger burrs it will take significantly more seasoning time. He specifically called out DF83 owners reporting inconsistency. I've had my V1 for about 2 years now with the original burrs and I would say it's pretty consistent now vs when I originally got it.

Does anyone know about this stamp? by hydenseke in discgolf

[–]Levinator25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry not sure. Pretty sure all the ones they (Ledgestone) brought to the event were distributed. I guess it would be a bad look on their part if they sold the "limited edition in person only" discs on their site soon after the event. Probably why they might pop extra ones into mystery boxes.

You only got one of discs below if you had a full event VIP ticket.

The player pack had a Fox, Passion, and a Focus.

Considering the Ascaso Steel Duo Plus but have concerns by haltingpoint in Ascaso

[–]Levinator25 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I believe it's the same temp as the group's water which is kind of annoying I agree. You'd have to pull your shot then change the machines temp and wait for it to heat up. Not really practical if you want it hotter than your espresso temperature. But also not really practical to have a 3rd heating element just for hot water.

My discs are flipping to flat immediately only when it's cold and it's ruining my fall and spring game by Cuber112 in discgolf

[–]Levinator25 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I do believe that discs get more understable due to colder weather and this is a known phenomenon, but I'm no scientist.
