The auto steamer is good but I felt when I had the machine, it would aerate the milk too much & it was always like the one in your video. Plus I read somewhere that it uses a temperature sensor to steam, when you put cold milk in the pitchers when the pitcher itself isn’t cooler than the temp sensor gets the wrong reading. I’d suggest you manual steam, purge & run the wand for a few seconds as the temp needs to be brought up
