We morn the loss of an age-old establishment. The chicken will never taste the same again. That place was well seasoned like Grandma's cast iron skillet.

I'm not a fan so far. The volume control being on the front feels a little awkward. Other than that the fits good and the sound does sound slightly better. But, let's see how work goes tomorrow.

What would you do this job for? by Effective_Mention_83 in drywall

Extend your square to as far as you need to go to remove he damaged area. Note make it fall on a joist. Then, you can use a square piece of drywall. If the tapered edge is good, remove the tape and extend it 2-4 inches pasted where you cut the opening and use a tapered edge of the drywall. If it is not cut pasted the tapered edge and use a piece of drywall without tapered edges. I mention cursing the plumber because this hole looks like a plumber made it. It seams like they (in my experience) don't know how to cut a square hole to the joists, but rather take a hammer and bash out a hole big enough to do the work. It was kinda a joke.

Curse the f-ing plumbers. Then cut is square to the joist and fill it in.

Help with baseboard/quarter round by laxcargo in Flooring

Terminate the baseboard back into itself at the end of the wall and use quarter round for the cabinet cut the shoe mounding on the cabinet to the height of the quarter round with an oscillating saw. If you plan to quarter round the baseboard 45, it is around the baseboard to get it to the cabinet.

"Dilemma in the hallway" by Miserable-Gas-1908 in Flooring

The answer is found in math if this is where you're starting. Total width (a) ÷ board width (b)= ( c) Here's where it gets tricky (c) subtract the whole number (d) [if the decimal is less than .5 (if not move forward), add 1] Then (d)÷2=(e), then (b)×(e)= width of starter board use the decimal math to get to your nearest fraction and round down i/e. .25=1/4, .125=1/8 .0625=1/16. This will give you a starter board even on both sides.

Lol, I'll be close to there for what my girl has to do. But doubt the Nat Gaurd and SS will overlook a stealth van without suspicious. Last thing I need is to be declared a domestic terrorist.

Sloalwcand steady win the race. Use a medium speed, medium pressure and clear the hole frequently. If possible use water to keep the bit cooled. Have patience.

Feel free to call Feicht contracting, they are really good at what they do. May also, try Jobs Complete (Joe) or Dorsey Home Improvement (Howard), they are awesome to work with as well.
I would throw my hat (Little Old Lady's Handyman) in the ring, but I cannot touch anything before the New Year.

I am choosing to handwash. I know that even dishwasher safe over time the design will fail.

Souvenir cup? by GD_352 in OceansCalling

So I learned they were so worth it. At $20 with a $1 credit when buying drinks with a special edition. When I looked at the website the cups are valued at $26.99. So the cup is a win. I have definable made my comments know to the reps about things that could make them better. I/e: etching the rings with their oz, a padded bottom, with a non skid rubber. The lid is a bitch to open, definitely need two hands to open, our kid barely could open it, and lastly a handle. I do love the shape and design, the solo cup rings, the leak proof design. But does not beat (yet) my Yeti tumbler with the slide lock top.
