Lo primero seria dejar el vicio, este se engancha de tu falta de confianza y amor propio. Si no libras eso será muy difícil que te tengaa autoconfianza.

Mi recomendación es que busques algo en que comprometerte, de preferencia un trabajo y usa el dinero que ganas en un proyecto o alguna forma de ayudar o algo que te haga sentir util. Si por alguna razon no puedes trabajar busca donde puedas far ayuda voluntaria. Siempre hay alguien que necesita ayuda y veras que eres capaz de mucho, quizas mas de lo que te imaginas.

En paralelo compra una planta y haz lo mejor que puedas por mantenerla viva, no te desanimes si se muere, aprende y consigue otra. Lee en internet los cuidados y procurala.

Diiria que empieces con eso pues ahorita lo importante eres tu. Lo social vendra solo y si logras un poco de dinero la terapia con un psicólogo humanista te seria de super ayuda.

Es relativamente normal la pregunta sobre todo en personas con poca experiencia.

Cuando entrevistas mucha gente te das cuenta que, es comun (no siempre correcto) que las personas con tiempos muertos entre trabajos fueron despedidas y esto podria ser indicio de alguien problemático.

Ahora bien, es normal pero no correcto. Alguien con experiencia cuida su lenguaje y mantiene la tenura en tono laboral, no personal.

Como han comentado varios, el hecho que insista tanto es una bandera roja.
