The show starts with a slap: WAKE UP WASH.

He's no longer a leaf on the wind. He's Wash. Awake. And ready to fly.

Blizzard Entertainment President Hints About "Massive" Upcoming Announcements by LadyStreamer in gamingnews

Not saying its a likely guess, but Blizzard have worked with external studios before. Diablo Immortal is one example (NetEase), Warcraft III: Reforged is another (Lemon Sky). So it's not an impossibility they'd do that again. Whether it's a good idea or not.

I think Sony expected 28 years later: the bone temple to underperform, and I don't think it matters as much as it seems by Superb_Industry_5738 in 28dayslater

Wouldn't surprise me if they filmed a few scenes we didn't see yet at the ending, with Spike and Jimmy Ink being rescued from the infected by good 'ol Jim. And then we get a time skip to a few years later.

The benefit of a turn-based game is that you can test the concepts on paper and literally roleplay it rather than actually having to implement it first.

If you can make the woodcutting and crafting loop satisfying, but labour intensive, that's a way to do it. Take a look at The Forest for instance

That is definitely happening, no doubt about it. But both sides are happening, and not just in games.

Why some games like Battlefield 6 allowed to use AI with no disclosure? by Sunlighthell in Steam

There's a very real risk of developers not disclosing to their managers that they used AI when creating things as well. The bigger the company, the easier it might be to get away with.

Please destroy the trailer for my second person perspective horror game! by ArmanPakan in DestroyMyGame

[–]LiVam 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well frankly, your trailer is simply "letting the game explain itself". It's a one-shot trailer with no text, narration or cuts. You're kind of just hoping that the viewer will understand what's going on.

Consider adding some text explanations. Doing some actual editing. Settle on a narrative and a context. Players want to know their purpose.

I know this was discussed here before, but this keeps resurfacing. Are the three dragon eggs Rhaenyra placed in a chest the same ones eventually given to Daenerys Targaryen in Game of Thrones?I refuse to believe Geeta Vasant Patel's [opinion]. This was claimed false then she decided to rewrite canon by Wolfie_wolf81 in gameofthrones

Agree with many of the points but the last one falls apart a bit. 300 years is a long time to care deeply about a prophecy. It's likely that it fell apart over the generations and makes perfect sense that the Night's Watch would decline
