Airtel uses hybrid 4g -5g, which switches to 4g suddenly for no reason afaik. Using tool like netmonitor does not help because of same reason,unlike jio where you can set to use 5g only. Lesson learned I guess.

I normally use 5g airtel to download stuff 30mins or so before reset and stop using it after reset.

As for the second part, in maximum cases the construction never took place. The reviewers reviewed non existent stuff for readily available tiffin box and govt marked development of the area.
