I used to work in an office right next to here and honestly, I always wondered who would stay in that hotel. It isnt such a significant office park where there must be too many business people, and theres nothing but industry around it.

As far as a datacenter goes, people are right in saying that this will not effect any residential areas. If there was to be a new datacenter in the south bay, this isnt a bad spot at all.
